I've been reading your blog for a while now, and you've inspired me to actually setup my own little VPS and get down and dirty with hosting my own website, even with a forge and all that! I've referenced you in my first post

I wonder what I'm going to write about, but I'll just Let It Happen...

I read the posts about writing without a screen. I didn't know there were other people doing this! I have also thought the same about it feeling easier to write with my eyes closed. I haven't really done anything hardware wise-on this topic, but I did do some Emacs stuff. There is this package called typewriter mode or something like that that hinders you from deleting words, so you just have to keep writing. I also used some text-to-speech thing that could help me remember what words I had just written. I think I forgot about it fairly soon after setting it up, but I have continued to write in this way when it has helped me. In fact, most of this comment (except the very beginning) was written with my eyes closed!

Now I wonder if there is potential for like a super portable device with only a keyboard that for note taking. You just write what you're thinking about, and then you'll have to sort it out later when you're at your computer. Something for writing when you're on the go basically. Don't have to worry about screen glare if there's no screen!

I love talking to you; your joy and enthusiasm about the web and the world are inspiring and can be felt everywhere on your website.

The word "content" feels like cardboard!!! It's like saying "I need to eat something" versus "We're having stew tonight". CONTENT feels like a thing intended for passive consumption, whereas Stories are delightful and memorable. Being intentional wit ya word usage is so real!!! You are so real for that, for real
