I feel your frustration Ava regarding the use of AI @ your workplace. Have faith, if they hold an roi examination; the first thing that will be cancelled is that paid ai-account for everyone. The use case does not justify the cost. And maybe some real, abled extra co-workers will be hired to lighten the burden for overworked teams.
Keep doing what you do, and kudos for the blog!

hi ava! i got to your gym post while it was still fresh haha. i was just thinking of my own progress as well. i started my gym journey after a long period of medical stuff. it's been almost several months i gotta say the gym is great if you're willing to have that patience for yourself. it looks like you're already there :-) i look forward to catching your next gym update!
