hi ava! i got to your gym post while it was still fresh haha. i was just thinking of my own progress as well. i started my gym journey after a long period of medical stuff. it's been almost several months i gotta say the gym is great if you're willing to have that patience for yourself. it looks like you're already there :-) i look forward to catching your next gym update!
